I hope we haven't lost anyone. I and Tru found out that someone put something in their signature that made p. 31, 32 not readable. I really want to talk to all of you again. Hopefully this won't happen again!

Gooooooddddd Morning, Sisterhood of the Shrinking Butts !!
The site has been having problems all over the place. This is very challenging to see if the posts will be updated or not. LOL
This morning's little message is this: Hey, if you aren't doing too well staying POP, have a little sense of humor, get up off your keester, and go for the gusto. I said something like this to my doctor the last time I saw him a year ago. I had a really bad cold and told him, "Well I think it is save to rule out anorexia". LOL. He didn't think it was funny and proceeded to give me a lecture on losing weight. Well, he will be shocked now. For now, grab your sense of humor, and be POP for the next meal.

Sometimes we sabotage ourselves. One of the key lessons I am learning is that I can't take anything for granted. Look at all the lables of ANYTHING you by that is preprepared, even condiments. Check it out and just don't assume that something that looks like it is sugar or salt free, does not have ANY in it's ingredient lists. Read first, then feel confident in using the product. If you don't, it might bite you in your weight loss down the road.

Finally, for thos of us who are brave to go out to dinner, ASK about what goes into your food. You can ask for no salt ick, no oil ick, and stay on plan. The time to ASK is before you eat it. LOL.

This concludes our brief ATTA GIRLS tip for the day. Hope you all can access the site today and do your daily posting. Gotta jet. I have a meeting at a different office location and need to allow myself time to get lost. LOL See ya later, dormies. LOL

Good morning ladies,
I am so glad to be able to post again. The last thread wasn't letting me post. Well, I am not doing to good this week. Haven't lost anything yet. I know I am reatining water like crazy, and I just can't seem to get rid of the water. I know that over the weekend I didn't follow the plan hardly at all but since then I have been. Also, it was that TOM until Tuesday so I am hoping that soon it will break.
How has everyones week been so far? I hope you all are well.
This one is short and sweet have to get back to work.

WOW, thought it was just me that couldn't get logged in, don't have any idea what all I missed.
Tru - I do know that I sure missed your posts, they are so uplifting and refreshing, I think I was in withdrawal 
Dione - I know what you mean about retaining water, my rings are snug too and it was ny TOM this week also. I do know from the past that the more water I drinnk, the more my body gets used to it and then it doesn't retain as much. Guess I better start drinking more, huh?
Hi to everyone else, hope to hear from you all now that we can post again - I think this made me realize how much we all mean to each other and our spirits.

Aaahhhhhh! (Sigh), boy does this feel good, back in the forum with my Sisters! I attemped to post last night and then my computer decided to lock up! I was getting suspious that there might be some weird voodoo going on! LOL
I had a wonderful POP day yesterday. I took the day off, since I will be working this weekend and the weather here yesterday was a beautiful spring day. No clouds, Sunny and almost warm..Ha ha...in the 50's. I did find a spot in my courtyard that was protected from the wind, against a light colored wall that the was all warm and cozy and I sat for about 20 minutes soaking it up and getting the Vit. D! It was grand!
Someone wrote about reviewing their eating chart and seeing that they hadn't been quite on track. I pulled mine out yesterday (Type A) and made a little Excel spread sheet that listed what I needed per each meal (1-2 oz of Protein B, 1/4 cup Fruit) and really saw that I hadn't been eating according to plan either. I was eating too much carbs and when I did eat fruit I was eating an entire banana not a 1/4 or 1/3 cup. Under the mini chart I made I listed all the foods I can eat under each type of Protein A, B, C, Carbs A, B..etc. I'm going to keep it with me in my wallet, until I know it inside and out. Yesterday I also got some intentional walking in. Walked to my Doc' appointment and then walked up and down 3 flights of stairs x 3 times. Yippee...I'm getting some stamina back!
It feels good to have this much intention, committment and attention to my program. Keep up the good work, because you are all motivating me to keep on track.
Now, to go start my journal entry for the day....slept 7 hrs, 6oz water when I woke up......

Shelly- See that's what I don't understand is that I have been drinking all my water since Monday and still my rings are tight and I wake up in the morning wit little piglets for toes. AARRGGGHHH!!
I will not fail this time!!! I am re-reading my little black book just to stay focused now that the wedding is done..With all of you backing me I can't fail...Thanks so much

Well, I'm glad you guys started a new thread. That last one is WAY broken! LOL!
Anyway, I'm in my first week (again). I did the 6 weeks last fall and then had a gall bladder attack. Actually, several attacks. So, I took some time off and started enjoying ICK again. (How else was I supposed to test my gall bladder? )
So, here I go again! This time I hope it sticks. I have an agility trial in July and my girl (dog) will not be happy if I can't keep up with her. :)
Here is a picture of me trialing my boy last year. I was still around 300 pounds, but I guess the adrenalyn was working for me, because we did well.

Good Morning Sisterhood!
Just wanted to see about checking in with you and letting you know that I am still here.
Last night did not go as well as I would have liked, I ate totally off plan for dinner, missed afternood snack and did not get in all of my water. My scale this morning read that I was up 4lbs, so we'll see how I do for tomorrow's challenge.
I plan to do better today, although I am not as prepared today (meal wise) as I usually am, I have a solid plan to get on plan meals today through dinner.
Ok, the people at my job are commenting on my weight loss which is nice to hear and they are also commenting on my baggy clothes. I know I need to get rid of them or have them altered but I am holding on out of fear????? I am going to plan to take them to the alteration shop, the clothes that I am just not going to get rid of and have them altered and the rest can be donated. I will do this on Saturday. Maybe having a solid plan that I have told you about will help keep me accountable for actually doing it.
Today is grey and drab outside but my mood is suprisingly cheery. I'm glad for it though, it would be awful to be down and the weather not be good outside either
Anyway, I have to go and I hope to be able to get back on later tonight and let you know how things went.

Dione - My swelling hasn't gone entirely yet, but faith with me that it will!
BTW, have you double checked your ingredients to see if you have any hidden salt/sodium. Some Chicken Breasts even have some added for a preservative....so you might double check all your labels, including your spices. I couldn't believe how much salt was in Tomato Sauce or just canned Tomatoes...keep your eyes peeled for some sodium of some sorts. Keep re-reading the book, it helps.
You are amazing. You got back on the program immediately after your Wedding. That's a sure ATTA Girl!!!

Tru, Brenda, Lee: I sure did enjoy talking with each of you last night on the chat. We should do that more often.
I’m still hoping to get my 55 AVI tomorrow for the weigh in. I stayed the same today 257 (53 pound loss). So Tru you are still ahead of me. LOL. I am going to stay here and post my weight here tomorrow.
Dione: Drink lots of water to get the water out of your body.
Ciana: Welcome and feel free to join in our weight loss challenge. Just copy and paste my post tomorrow and put in your weights. Then on Sunday I post everyone on one spreadsheet.
Vanessa: I felt the same as you about being afraid to get rid of big clothes. But now it is easier. There was one outfit I wore this week, the first time. I waited too long because it was already too big. So I am giving it away. SO I am parting with some memories. I am keeping a couple things to see the difference in size—when I am all done. I hope you lose all or most of the 4 pounds.

Hello everyone....I've been gone all week because my computer is down. I'm able to get online at work today but not all the time so I need to say HI to you all and Congrats on all of the pounds shed..whoohoo!!!!

To answer the question who are these guys. Well, I was going to make a joke saying that one of them was me before my sex change operation, but you might take me seriously. Since going through the change, I have to pluck my beard and moustache all the time and you might get me confused with these 2 if I let it grow out. LOL

Hello SweetPme and welcome to the thread. We are a rowdy bunch, so jump in at any time and have fun.
I got an email from Dizexhaled , When the thread was having trouble, I happen to have her name, so I PMed her with my email address. She is having major computer problems. She can access the web from her phone, she just can't log in and post. So I will post her stats tomorrow, if she sends them to me. I will post anything she wants me too. LOL.
I am not hanging around tonight. I am very tired, still have sculpture to do, eat dinner, and watch survivor. I plan to go to bed really early. I took Daisy to the vet today to get her spayed. It upset me because she was so very scared and tried to get back to me from the vet technician. I love that little munchkin a lot. Chiana is running around whining. LOL. Gee, can't wait until tomorrow after work to get my other girl home. LOL
I am POP but want to eat the house down. It is because of me being tired. Daisy slept right next to me last night and used my arm as a pillow. I kept waking up cause I was upset that she was going to be so scared. But this time tomorrow, the little girl will be hurting, but at least she will be home.
Have a POP night all. Now to get dinner and try to get bands done before survivor. I do have some priorities. LOL

Thanks so much. ) and I'm actually starting to get a little uncomfortable about it. (It's my fear of failure -- particularly public failure.) Well, it will certainly help keep me on my toes, so maybe it's a good thing in the long run.

I had such a busy day -- it started early this morning and I didn't get home from work till 8pm or so. I managed to get in POP meals, but didn't get in my exercise or very much water. I am drinking drinking drinking now before I hit the sack for another early day. (And then I will be going going going all night.)
I'm hoping for the scales are good to all of us tomorrow.
