I made this yesterday and tweaked it a bit (adding a little brown sugar sub., paprika and a splash of basalmic to zip it up) and it came out great!! I plan on having this tomorrow and will try w/pineapple for breakfast (never was a typical breakfast eater

). I will let you know how it goes w/pineapple but I am sure this will be great on rice for pm snack dinner. (I am a B). Thanks for the easy recipe!!
