How much sodium is too much? I know that naturally occurring sodium is ok, but is there a limit?
We do not quote a limit other than to say that anything above naturally occuring sodium is not recommended. Remember to read the INGREDIENTS on a package, not the nutrition panel. If there is naturally occuring sodium, that is fine. If there is added SALT, however, that product would not be recommended.
