How much uncooked oatmeal equals 1 cup of Carb B (for recipes)? Our rule of thumb is that oatmeal doubles in quantity after cooking. So 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal equals one cup cooked.
The same rule may apply to other grains, but be aware...NOT ALL!! Make sure you measure your grains after they have been cooked to ensure a proper serving size.
