Questions about your order can be directed to Customer Service at 1-888-PROVIDA. Most tickets are read and responded to within a 24 hour period during the regular work week. Requests for help with chat forum accounts can be resolved faster when the login name for the account is included in the description of the problem. Responses do take longer for requests received over weekends and holidays, and when there is a problem that affects many members of our online community.
