Well like so many others, I started this program for one reason only, I was extremely overweight. So many times I'd start a diet, lose weight, get to a stand still were nothing seemed to work, get disgusted and start eating like before only to put on the weight I'd lost and more. That's were I was in March of 2003. I started a new job operating a lift truck, the job involved getting off and on the lift truck several times in an eight hour period. Within a few days of starting the job my arms and legs ached so much, I thought I would have to quit. I weighed 337 lbs and was wearing a size 58 pants. I decided I needed to lose weight or at least give it another shot. I started by cutting back on my eating and walking about 45 minutes a day. To my surprise I lost about 60 lbs and 4 pants sizes in two months. Then it happened again, I stopped losing weight again. I started walking farther and started eating less and less and for another month lost nothing for the next month, I was ready to toss in the towel. Then a friend of mine at worked asked me if I had ever heard of the MT 6WBMO program; he had ordered it for himself and never used it. So he asked me if I would like to purchase it, it was a last resort. I had seen the infomercial and like so many others thought it was a big joke. How can a person eat more and exercise less and lose weight? Skeptical, yes, but willing to give it a chance. I took the kit home, I did the questionnaire which determined that I was a body type A. I did the blueprint and realized that that was me standing there without a face. I put my book to together for my body type and began to read, which is what made this so different then the other so called weight loss systems. It guaranteed me to lose up to30 lbs in 6 weeks. I decided that June 6, 2003 would be my official start date. I was determined to give it 6 weeks faithfully with no deviating. Week 1 lost 7 lbs, week two 7 more lbs.14 pounds in 2 weeks I thought this is awesome! I now weighed less then I had in years. Then week 3 and again I came to a stand still, I hadn't lost any weight, I thought, “What will I do now?” Then I thought maybe it was my body sending me a message, “OK Ronnie, we've been here before it's now or never if you stick with it, we can do it, if not we can go back to being miserable again”. I didn't give in this time. Week four lost 7 more lbs and by the time my 6 weeks were up I had lost 29 lbs and I knew I was on my way. After that I started to lose weight and inches like crazy.
I remember when people started noticing the weight loss, everyone was saying you look so good, I even heard some people say “You’re small enough don't lose anymore weight!” Can you believe a person, who has been overweight all my life and was now hearing you’re too small? I knew my goal weight I wanted to be and I knew how to get there. In January 2004 I had lost a total of 90 lbs and 20 pant sizes on the MT 6WBMO in about 7 months, how amazing is that??
I would like also to share this about my past health issues. For years I was on blood pressure medicines and fluid pills, when I didn't take my medicine my bp was extremely high 180/110. I had problems with my heart rhythm. I was hospitalized for something called a-fib which is when your heart gets out of it normal rhythm and misses beats. My ekg looked like something from Richter’s scale after an earthquake! In February 2004, I had a physical done; I'm no longer on bp or fluid pills and the new ekg I had done, well the doctor ran a new strip and compared it to the old one and he was astounded, he said I had the heart of a marathon runner with, NO rhythm irregularities! Thank God... My current stats are 180 lbs and a size 34 pants. I Can't begin to tell you how much this program has changed my life, I can tie my shoes now with out having to come up for a breath of air in between shoes. I played softball this year for the first time in years, I ran sometimes non-stop from 1st base to home plate without stopping, where in the past would need oxygen by the time I reached first base. One other thing, I recently went back to doing what I enjoyed so much in the past, but walked away from, was being a volunteer firefighter. My weight often caused me problems and would hinder my ability to perform. I recently joined my local volunteer fire department again and I'm ready for action! I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate the folks at Provida, MT and the BMOS for their dedication and efforts to design a program that actually changes peoples lives. I would like to close by saying: If you’re skeptical, welcome to the club! A lot of us were, but know we’re glad we took the chance. This isn't your typical ‘open a can of drink in the morning, snack bar, can of drink, snack bar light meal starve to death’ plan, no this is a whole new way of life. I wouldn’t be writing this if it were not true. So, put all those past attempts behind you and get with the program that's going to change your life forever.
Remember it will be the first time you've ever lost and were the winner. By the way, the guy I bought my program from, well needless to say he has since re-purchased the program for himself and losing weight like mad. Thank You!

    Sincerely,
    Ronald Kemp Jr.

    Ron,
I have been overweight since they took my toncils out at 7 yrs. I have lost 50+ lbs at least 6-8 times in my lifetime. I got up to 216 and was misrable. I pleaded with the Lord for an answer and I woke up the next morning, turned on the TV, and there was the infomercial. I ordered it. I don't usually do that when I do not have a clue what the program is. But I though it has a money back guarantee, why not, I can do anything for 6 weeks. I lost 22 lbs in 6 weeks. I have lost 42 lbs and over 30 inches. From a 20W to a Missy 14. I have never worn a 14 over 150 lbs before. This is so different than anything else I have ever done. It feels wonderful! You could not get me off of this plan for a million bucks. I need success stories like yours, it what keeps me going to know that you did it too. You did it fast! But I am doing good considering my many physical limitations. I have a bad back and feet and a knee that makes a terrible noise. I am one of those who has to do tons of cardio to keep this metabolism going. Any advice, recipes, tips you can pass on would be just wonderful.

    Hi Ron..
Well, I know that there is someone that's reading your story and saying that they cannot believe it!!!
Well, I've been there...done that...and I know what you had to do to get where you are and I believe it! I know it's not as hard as some on the "outside" might think, but I still know it takes guts and dedication.
It's great to see another "generation" coming along, successful, proud and quite a role model.
Congrats on a wonderful story and I'm happy for you. I know that life is totally different for you, in a great way.
    Way to go man...

You have achieved greatness and deserve all good things coming your way! I love to read about others success and it really motivates me! I am returning to 6WBM after extensive exploratory surgery to my abdomen and liver, colon resection (looking for cancer, found none). Now that I am able to walk without pain and tolerate vegetables again, I could not wait to get started. I was on the program for only a month before I had stopped. I lost 14 pounds and only gained back two.
Thank you for inspiring me and reaffirming my desire to get (re)started! Have an awesome day!!

    Ron,
congratulations on your weight lost. I am so proud of you. Now it's my turn - I will stay inspired by yours and many other stories I have been reading.
I too have been diagnosed with A-Fib. A bit scary night that was. I never even thought of a heart attack until the doctor keep reassuring me it wasn't a heart attack. I thought it was anxiety. Nope. I was A-Fib. 180 beats per minute. Woe. I am now on b/p medication and toprol to slow my heart rate down and an aspiring a day to prevent blood clots. After this episode I deceided I must loss weight or probably die.
I have started this past week on the 6 day mini makeover, Ihave lost 6 lbs....which has been a great inspiration to me. Tomorrow I am starting the 6 week program and hopefully, fingers crossed, I make it just like you did.
Congrats - you've worked hard to get what you wanted! I'm so happy for you.

Hi, Ronnie! Congratulations on your loss! Ever heard that one before?! Well, Ive been a weight loss pro for going on 20 years now. I know exactly what I need to do-but won't/can't do it. I have four children, a school bus route (3 hours split up thru the day), a bible study 2 days a week for anywhere from 4-6 hours each day and the study and preparation for the class I teach on the second day of the study during the week. I don't want to be negative about this plan-I want it to work for me-too! I lost about 20 lbs. on it to begin with several months ago-I haven't gained it all back-but it feels like it and my body is giving me unhealthy signals that I feel would definitely be corrected if I would lose the weight that I need to before it gets more out of hand than it already has.
The time that I was on this plan before-it just got to be too stressful-eating every 2-3 hours-and making sure I did and thinking I would fail if I missed that mark I'd fail. If I didn't exercise-I'd fail. I want the determination I've felt before like your's-"If you stick with it you'll make it or if you don't you'll go back to being miserable again." And then NOT give in. I surely thought that after my fourth child and tying my tubes-knowing I was not supposed to get pregnant again would be the thought that I needed to help me to lose down to the weight I need to be.
Again-I'm not looking to be negative about this program-but answers to my problems-so I can make this work!
Simple-down to earth menus-suggestions anything that made it work for you-I need it!
    Again-Congrats! God Bless You!
    Teressa

    Ron,
What an incredible story. Look at you under all of that poundage! You look absolutely transformed! I can relate to the blood pressure medication (I was on 3) and I'm still off. Isn't this just the greatest program? Thank you Michael for showing us the way.
