New Body University is a support and motivation game that is played on a virtual university campus.
Our goal is to provide a fun atmosphere for people to are following the 6WBMO or SMART Technique plans to learn, get help and succeed.
We have 6 week semesters several times in a calendar year. During each semester, students are ramdonly assigned to dorm groups. Each group will compete on an individual basis to earn credits and on a group basis to win the campus-wide competitions.

If you're new to the Provida forums, you might want to check out NBU101. Here we have posted several lessons for newcomers to use and get familiar with the forum and with NBU.
A Student Handbook is available as the first post in every NBU dorm thread if you'd like to take a look at the rules, etc.
