I made one this morning with fresh strawberries, pasteurized egg whites, splenda, ice, water and a touch of vanilla-- tastes like a strawberry julius!
Just one problem, though-- it is REDICULOUSLY frothy! There was so much foam it wouldn't fit into my glass!
Does it help the froth problem to use frozen berries instead? Or powdered egg whites? I don't mind some froth, but my blender made it like crazy!
