Member goodmorning prefers shredded potato and uses only about a tablespoon of vinegar for soaking. Her suggestion is: Soak shredded potato in malt vinegar for about 10 min. and then put in
skillet with ΒΌ cup STRONG chicken broth. Cok with out lid so it can cook the moisture out
and brown on bottom. Stir often or not, depends whether you like it crunchy!
Sprinkle with black pepper to your taste when done.
