Hi folks,
Sorry about this,but a small, but VERY important item is missing from one of the recipes that appears in the cookbook. Page 163 features the Ginger-Lemon Infused Pears, but the ginger is missing!!

In the ingredients, please include 1-2 teaspoons of grated, fresh ginger. You can vary this, depending on how much you like the flavor of ginger, which can (as a warning!) be quite strong. I really like fresh ginger, so I use at least 2 teaspoons, sometimes even a tiny bit more!
The directions tell you what to do from there...so, enjoy! And, sorry about the mistake!
