There are two ways you can create a link within a post or reply box. Follow these steps:
- Pull up a text/post box.
- In the same line where the Bold, Italics and Underline is...that there is a globe with a chain link. You click on that, and paste the URL (that you've already 'stored' in your mouse by right clicking on the URL/web address you wish to share) into that box.
- Click 'Ok' and your link will appear wherever you would like to place it.
However! If you want to go one step further, to make it a bit more fancy you can do this:
- Pull up a text/post box.
- Type out the words you wish to appear as the clickable link (I often use the words 'Click here', but you can say what you'd like) where you want the link to appear.
- Left click and drag your mouse over the words you've typed out. DO NOT RIGHT CLICK ON COPY..you are simply highlighting with your mouse.
- Go to the globe/link icon and click there.
- Paste your mouse-stored URL into the bottom field.
- Click Ok, and your link will appear in your text box!
