GOALS as of today, June 11, 2008:
1) Stay Perfectly On Plan / When events come up where I have to go off Plan, GET RIGHT BACK ON PLAN!
2) Reach Goal Weight of 145-150 (I've never been at a healthy weight at my height, so it will depend on size, etc.) I may even go lower than 145, if necessary! (Now, this I gotta see! I'm lookin' forward to it!)
3) Eat to Live, not Live to Eat. -- I know that is general. What it means for me is Eating when I'm hungry. Eating small meals - often, as per plan. It means not when I'm bored or anxious. It means, not sabotaging myself and my efforts.
4) Six month goal (December 9, 2008) is: 145-150. This is DOABLE.
5) New Short Term Goal: To not snack on ick at night! YEAH! Wk. of June 16 -- SUCCESS!
6) Longer Term: Maintenance of Goal Weight - Living and Loving LEAN! :()

Before going totally off track, I had lost another 3 lbs. (down to 175). Then, on and off and took three weeks totally away from POP.
I "netted" a 3 lb. gain! Can't believe it. (It was good practice for LL ; )
I'm back! .....

June 23: 176 1 (TOM arrived 6/22 - 4 days early!) Can't believe I maintained the 1 lb. loss!

July 7: 175 Indulged in "yuk" and got sick. Serves me right. I'm working toward staying consisted on program.
