Easy Apple Shrimp Stir-Fry (For One)

- 3 oz uncooked peeled
shrimp
- ½ cup cubed apple
- 2 tablespoons balsamic
vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic
powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion
powder
- ¼ teaspoon black
pepper
- 1 Splenda packet
Mix balsamic vinegar,
Splenda and seasonings. Toss shrimp and
apple in vinegar mixture and poor everything into a non-stick fry pan,
cook until shrimp done 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook. Eat plain or put over a bed of rice or
greens. (BMOS Note:
