    WELCOME TO THE COMEBACK KIDS STATS PAGE FOR 2009 PLEASE DO NOT POST HERE UNLESS YOU POST ON THE COMEBACK KIDS THREAD. Here is a link http://forums.provida.com/forums/1572/2907555/ShowThread.aspx#2907555

    WHEN STARTING YOUR POST, PLEASE POST 3 GOALS FOR THIS YEAR THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ACHIEVE. ALSO PUT A GOAL WEIGHT. EACH WEEK YOU WILL PUT MONDAY'S DATE, YOUR WEIGHT, AND HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU LOST/GAINED FOR THE PREVIOUS WEEK. YOU MAY ALSO PUT YOUR INCHES IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRACK THAT. ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA SINCE SOME WEEKS YOU DON'T LOSE POUNDS.

    ALL STATS SHOULD BE POSTED BY 6PM EST ON TUESDAY EVENING. THE BIGGEST LOSER FOR THE PREVIOUS WEEK WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON WEDNESDAY ALONG WITH THE SPARKLY DUCKIE AWARD.

    WE WILL RUN IN 6 WEEK INCREMENTS. AT THE END OF THE 6 WEEKS, WE WILL SEE WHO LOST THE MOST WEIGHT AND KEPT IT OFF, AND THAT PERSON WILL BE AWARDED THE BISON AWARD. YOU MAY ONLY CLAIM THESE AWARDS IF THEY ARE AWARDED TO YOU.

     

    How to create a Stats Page link in your signature.

    First go to our stats page and find your post.

    Then click on the post # in the bottom right hand corner, you will still be on that post but look up.  

    At the top of  your computer page you will see an http://address

    Copy this address and then go to your toolbox and click on Profile.

    Click on “upload new signature” and type in what you want your stats to be called.

    Now highlight what you called your stats.

    Next click on the icon with the chain link

    It will open and you will see a place to put your url address. Also you will see a place for your title. Click "insert", then click OK or submit for your post.

    Now click submit for your profile.

     My Goals for 2009!

    1)     Reach goal weight of 160 pounds by June 1, 2009

    2)     Go the gym and/or exercise at least 3 times a week.

    3)     Kayak every Saturday and Sunday weather permitting.

    4)     Meditate every day.

     Tamara 2009 Goals

     

    I will lose 10 pounds every 6 weeks until I reach my goal! That is a total of 30 weeks or 31 if I decide to lower my goal!

    I will stay 100% POP

    I will complete all of my cardio each week (at least 90 minutes each week but will try for 150 each week)

    I will do sculpting 2 times each week to get the body tone I want!

    I will post every day unless I have computer issues!

    Virginia's Stats

    Goals for 2009

    • I will reach my goal weight of 115 lbs by December 2010
    • I will consistantly workout 5-6 days a week.
    • I will post my weekly stats every week even if I have a gain
    • I will commit to remaining POP but will forgive myself if I fall off the POP wagon and start again. No excuses.
    • I will make monthly goals for myself and reward myself when I reach them
      • March - lose 5 lbs by end of the month (165 lbs)
      • April - lose 10 lbs by end of the month (155 lbs)
      • May - lose 10 lbs by end of the month (145 lbs)
      • June - lose 10 lbs by end of the month (135 lbs)

    OK, TODAY IS JUNE 20 AND I HAVE LOST 45 LBS.................

    WHAT I'VE LEARNED:   LOSING IS 25% BUT KEEPING IT OFF IS 75%NOW, I'M MAKING BETTER CHOICES TO" NOT GAIN" WHAT I HAVE ALREADY LOST

    EACH DAY IS A NEW DAY AND I EAT WITH A VIEW TO "NOT GAINING".  MY NEW JOB IS NOT GAINING!

    SO NOW I REALIZE MY BODY WILL ADJUST TO THE BETTER CHOICES AND WILL LEVEL OFF TO MY NEW LIFE STYLE.  I'M NO LONGER WORRIED ABOUT THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE, BUT TO "NOT GAINING"
