    Welcome Tiffinie. I am glad to hear you are starting the program again in good health. Hopefully you can help to keep the rest of us motivated. I am sorry to say I did not do so well this weekend, but tomorrow is a new week and I pledge to be on plan for the next seven days. That is my challenge. It's hard with two jobs and other responsibilities but that's no excuse. I will get at least two workout in and try really really hard to get my water. Do you have any advice to give in regards to staying motivated since you have been through the program once. I could use some motivational tips. I started really strong and now...not so much. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

     HI Amber, Tiffinie, Stacey, and Sandra -

     

    It's been such a busy week already - one more thing left - a 2 year old birthday party tomorrow! =) I have been OP since Monday - except for last night- it was a planned (totally off plan event) My husband and I went out to dinner for our anniversary, it has been something we have been planning for a long time and I did not eat OP - I didn't even think about eating OP. It was a wonderful time and today I am back OP! It was a nice break but I now know that I can't eat like I used too - which is pretty exciting. I got my cardio in today - so that makes 4 times this week. I don't know if the scale will show any change on Monday but this week I would be happy with a pound lost! I hope you all are doing well. Sandra- think of you and hope you are ok, Stacey - how was the move? Amber and Tiffinie - write when you can. 

     We can do this!!!! It a life style change!!!!!

    Wow Nancy 32 pounds lost!!! That is Great!  Hope you had a wonderful time out with you husband.  How many years you been married?  Well what is so good about it all, is you got right back on plan the next day.  You are going to get to your goal! Just keep on doing what you are doing now. Changing your life style when it comes to eating!..  I am happy for you and I like hearing your doing well. I will talk to you later.

    Hello ladies!  I am out of town on my business trip.  I am not on plan.  It really would be near to impossible to be on plan, but I am getting lots of exercise.  I am pretty much walking for 8 hrs a day!  I  don't have a scale, but I am going to check the fitness center tomorrow to see if there is a scale there.  I hope you are all doing well.  Talk to you soon.

    Hello ladies!  How are you ?  I haven't heard from anyone in a few days.  The first week of my trip ends tomorrow.  I can't wait to go home and get on the scale.  I almost feel like I have lost weight, but it may be in my head.  I have been walking constantly for 8.5 hrs a day for the last week.  I am not on plan, but I feel like the walking is helping.  I thought that I would work out, but so far, I have not.  I NEED to start sculpting my stomach again.  I don't have a full length mirror at home and seeing myself in the full length mirror in the hotel has been an eye opener.  I think I am going to invest in a full length mirror when I get home.  I hope you are all doing well.  Nancy, I hope you are doing well.  Keep in touch.  I can't wait to get home and get back on plan.

    Hello you all, Obviously I have not been on line in awhile. Computer not working very well, moved and tons of family stuff going on. I have been thinking of you all and hoping you all are still active. I have been somewhat on the plan..... well no I have not. I have made changes in my habits and they have stuck with me for the most part. I have not been on a scale in weeks. My smaller clothes still fit nicely. I do feel like I need to get back on plan and finish this up. Most important when I eat on plan I feel so much better as you all know. 

    My plan is to check in often (every couple days) and get the 45 pound avitar. Hope to hear from you all soon. Until then, be positive.

    Happy Friday,

    All is good today. Ready for a successful day. So far this week I have really  noticed the litle habits that I have gotten back into. I am very happy that I am noticing them right away.We are having friends over tonight, I will serve plan type foods. It will be so tastey I am positive of that.

    Keeping my eyes focused on the positive goal, I will shed these last 20 pounds no problem.

    Hey Stacey, so glad you are back.  Glad to hear you are getting back on the plan.  I am still trying to catch up from my business trip.  I just got my suitcase empties on Friday.  I have not cooked much since I got back, but I am maintaining, though not on plan.  I hope to be back on plan this week.  I don't seem to have a lot of energy so I am not going to push myself.  I think it's just stress.  work has been crazy lately.  But I think I have this Friday off.  That should help me get caught up. 

     

    Nancy, I hope you are are doing well this week.  I haven't heard from you in a while. 

     

    Sandra, we miss you.

    Hello Ladies I hope you are all doing well and feeling m otivated for a new week. Last week was another sketchy one but that's okay because I am ready for a new week. I gained a few pounds (2) since I have been off plan. I feel good this week though. Monday morning weigh in 149.8. So far I had a cup of tea and a pancake with oats egg whites and half cup of banana. My food is ready for today and when I come home tonight I will put some chicken in the crock pot. I am having chicken meatballs with rice pasta for lunch and dinner and I made oat and egg white pancakes for my snacks, a peach for my late night snack. I am ready to loose these last 15 lbs. I know that I can do it and I am READY! I hope you all are ready too. I hope you all have a good Monday and an even better week! Talk to you all soon.

     not OP yesterday - so far OP today. I have a lot of pre made OP food in the freezer -  I just need to eat it and stop grabbing ick stuff. I am going to try to do better. I've gotten a bit lazy with my eating and exercise. I am going to try to do better.

    Hello, I have been thinking of you all even though I seem to have a hard time getting on line these days.Nancy, you are doing so well, I believe that every once in a while or even more often it is difficult to stay 100% true to the plan, the important thought for me is that I know what is good for my body and sometimes I choose to eat what is not on plan. Every day do your very best and the weight will come off and your body will have a beautiful shape! The last month or so I have maintained with some weight loss. The best part of this journey so far is that my habits have truly changed. We have had a very busy few months lots of company and many cooks in the kitchen. I have drilled a few things into the many cooks in my kitchen, No salt on the food prior to cooking and not everything needs to have oils added.I think in some ways my family has adjusted to healthier eating.Well, maybe they follow what I ask just so they don't hear me complain. I do go heavy on salads and vegetables smaller portions of protein and very little carbs. I feel so much better than I did 6 months ago. Have a great day talk to you soon!Stacey

     I wanted to say I hope you all are doing well and hanging there. I won't be back to being 100% on plan or in the losing phase for at least the next 9 months. =) I am definitely going to take the things I learned especially portion control and hope that I don't gain too much weight.     Hi,

    My name is Tad, I am a 51 YO nurse from NC. I have just ordered, have not started yet but plan to as soon as it come in the mail box and I can sort through all the material. I am excited to start but again scared as this might be the millionith diet or weight loss plan I have started in my life. I currently weight 195 and would like to weight 150. At 5'6" I could weight as little as 135  but am a busy ER nurse and need the muscle and umph to keep going.

    My only problem is that I have torn my Achilles Tendon and am in a cast for 3 weeks, then in a walking boot for 2-6 months. Not sure what  impact that will have on my and my progress. I am hoping that some of you might be able to help with that.
