Pork Chops with Apple and Rosemary

recipe comes from "Robin Miller Quick Fix Meals" cookbook.
BMOS Note: The
combination of Protein C and Fruit B does not appear on eating plans other than
Breakfast for Type E members. For other
body types wishing to try this recipe, please use with caution, include no
more than a tablespoon of sauce per serving and be sure to monitor your progress closely.
- 4 boneless pork
chops, trimmed of fat
-
black pepper, to taste
- Mrs. Dash, to taste

1 cup applesauce
-
½ cup nsa chicken broth
-
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Preheat skillet over medium heat. Season
the pork chops on both sides with black pepper
And Mrs. Dash.
Place them in the hot pan and sear until golden brown, about 2 minutes per
side. Add the applesauce, broth, rosemary, and cumin; bring to a simmer
and simmer until the pork chop is just cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Serve the chops with
extra sauce spooned over the top. (I did not spoon any applesauce on my pork
chops, but my husband did)
