Hi!  I haven't posted in a few days and it seems so wierd!

Woo Hoo Linda!  I am on my way to that bright and shiny place too.

Catherine - Wow!  You are so close to your goal.  Keep up the good work.

Pam - Thanks for being so great!  I already miss you all!

Does anyone have a favorite dish for the sweet tooth?  I am typically a salty crunchy girl - chips and popcorn.  I can usually fight off the sweet tooth three weeks out of the month, but I am dying right now for Chocolate.  Any ideas?

Hey Amber!  Have you considered getting some of the Davinci Sugar Free Syrup that is chocolate flavored?  You could use it to dip fruit in for your MMS, MAS, and/or PM Snack, and that might help satisfy that craving? Or you could put it in a smoothie to make it chocolate-flavored?  Just an idea.  Hope all is well with you!

Thanks Carla.  I have thought about it, but I don't know where to find it.  One grocery store near me has vanilla and hazelnut DaVinci syrups.  I guess I may have to order it. I'm doing good.  You?  I will pop in to the retreat when I have some time to read it.  Again, thanks for the idea.

    Hi Amber,

How are you doing other than your sweet tooth - I have a huge one but it hasn't been bothering me lately -- Have you tried berries on a cloud it can be made with any fruit then use egg whites and splenda and vanilla whip it up for a good few minutes till stiff peaks and put it on the fruit ( I know it isn't chocolate but oh it is really tasty and it might just do the trick for you -- Is there any in the forum? I should check that out -- Linda and I are doing a summerlicious challenge getting summerfied and I've been keeping in touch with Pam I'm glad that you are well and hope to talk to you soon

Carla - How are you and the boys doing? I sure do miss you guys and wish mounds of success

    Catherine

Amber, it is good to see you! I hope things are going well for you.

Great advice from Carla and Catherine about the sweet tooth.

I have ordered LorAnn flavoring oils. They are OP. I make smoothies with them. I love the cheesecake one. They also have a chocolate flavoring. Here is the link: https://www.lorannoils.com/p-8311-chocolate-flavor.aspx]

I use powdered egg whites when I make the smoothies and it is a meal in itself. You could probably add banana to it also.

I have never had much of a sweet tooth (thank heavens) but I know what it is like having a craving! Hope this helps!

The other sweet POP food is the crustless pumpkin pie.  Recipe is in the recipe link . . . i still have it connected to my siggy.

Glad to hear from you! Keep moving in the right direction and keep your goal in focus. It is so doable for you! Watch for summer intercession. It will probably be starting in a few weeks.

Thanks Carla, Catherine, and Pam.  All great ideas.  You ladies rock!

Like I said, I usually don't crave chocolate that much.  I can go weeks without eating it if it is not around.  Of course if it is around, it is a little harder to resist, but not really. PMS week is a-whole-nother story though.  That one week a month I feel like some people say they do all the time about chocolate.  Many times that's when I know TOM is on the way.  I will be looking up your ideas.  Thanks again.

I can't wait for intercession!  It will be a whole new experience!
