If you are in this for the long term (to lose more weight than you can in 6 days) it is recommended to just use the regular 6WBM program. Your body will have enough of an adjustment with the regular program. It is also recommended to stay away from rapid results meals for at least the first 6 weeks. And then never do more than 2 per day.
