    Is there anything that happened this past week you’d like to share? Anything inspirational or motivating? As you Bengals know, I have been going through a rough patch emotionally.  In July on a family reunion/vacation my sister-in-law gave me a little book. called "God Calling".  It was truly God breathed.  It is one of those books that you read daily, but what is so amazing is how each day really speaks to what I am going through.  I didn't read it this week...too messed up, but I should have because my problems were addressed and the peace that I feel is so amazing.  I was able to really pray again!


    Did you receive a new Avatar? If so, which Avatar was it? YES!!!! WOO HOO  25 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!


    Did you achieve a Major or Mini goal you set for yourself? 

    no




    Did you get to a new First Digit on your weight? (Example: 299 when it was 300+) no


    Did you hit a new "Decade" mark? (Example: I started at 236 lbs, I had my first "Decade" mark when I got to 229 lbs. I went from being in the 230's to being in the 220's. It's not a new Avatar for me, but definitely a mini-milestone!) no


    Did you have a Birthday or Anniversary? no

    WHAT ARE STATS?

    Think of Stats as your weekly progress report or grade card.

    (I, Janet / Sparkyjs65) will collect our stats each week, compile them in a special spreadsheet, and report them to the Dean of Student Records (dgvalley31). Deb will then compile them and post a weekly report showing how all the dorms are doing in comparison to each other - so the better we do individually, the better we'll do as a dorm.

     

    WHEN WILL WE REPORT WEEKLY STATS?

    Stats must be turned in before
    MIDNIGHT CT (10 PT, 11 MT, 1 ET).
    If you can't post your stats on Monday for some reason, it's OK to post them EARLY (Sunday evenings) - but it's NOT ok to post them LATE! To qualify for the dorm to dorm competition and special icon, We can only submit our stats one time and they have to be on time so PLEASE do your best to be punctual! We'll earn a special icon if we are one of the two first dorms turn in our stats.



    HOW DO WE REPORT WEEKLY STATS?

    To keep the campus uniform this semester, a template will be posted by the Dean of Student Records each Sunday.  This template will also be posted in the Student Records Office for easy finding.
     


     

    As always, if you have any questions, just ask!

    Right now?  I'm having a difficult time talking to my husband.  He really upset me while we were up in Indiana with my sister to attend the funeral of my nephew.  His mouth just opens and out comes this volcano of rubbish.  He doesn't think before he speaks.

    Sandy,have you ever thought that your wall is from past lives?  Give it a try and talk to Steve, BUT wait until you know just what to say.  I have even sat down and wrote me DH a letter, because I am not able to talk without raising my voice and calling him dumb.  I leave the letter for him to read while I am gone because I do not want him answering my letter in voice as he reads it. Sometimes we are just too touchy and soo much gets to our hearts.  After all this was a very special time for you and maybe anything he said would have rubbed you the wrong way.  I tried to IM you but no answer..Jude

    The box would be filled with the determination to reach my goal.  When I sometimes lack in this area I would just like to reach into the box and pull out some of that determination.  I would also find a mirror to help me see what the end result could be -- a thin, healthy person.

    I can try  to box up my current image but to begin looking at my new me is somewhat of a challenge.  I have never been thin--I have been thinner than what I am now but never thin so it is hard to imagine what a new me would look like--but I'm working on it.
