Gotcha Kathleen! been awhile since anyone stole my bunny slippers!!!
We had a nice day with the "extended family". I gave my FIL the chart I had made of 5 generations starting with his bio mother. He tried to understand, but today wasn't one of his "great days". It was a "good day", but I don't think he understood what I had found. One of my two SIL, Barbara, thought it was reallly cool that all the squares on the paper were HER relatives also. So, that was cool.
When, I got back home 5 hours later... My sister (who is helping me tremendously on this) had in my inbox, what we "think" is the Bio FATHER!! Wahoooo. Plus if this is it, they had two boys (maybe more) BEFORE Guy was born, that means he has two full BROTHERS!
And also, in my email box, was a note from Ancestry.com member that she had added 2 more generations on her tree. Wahoo. that is almost 100 years I can add, after I confirm the sources of course. AND, those 2 generations show people born in FRANCE and WALES. Sooo, now we are "what is your nationality".... we have two countries to put on THAT list.
So, yeah, I'm exhausted, sorry to say, not on plan, but tomorrow is full-force ahead!
I will be back later tonight with the AWARDS CELEBRATION. Hope everyone is having a Super Sunday!

I spent most of the day in the kitchen preparing my meals for next week. I tried two new recipes – the Hot Wings and Psycho Chicken. The hot wings were a nice change and I was really pleased that my husband ate the Psycho Chicken because he does not normally eat my OP meals.

Leo-Marie: Name: Lauren Hello Everbody, I’ve had a really good week-end. I managed to eat OP for the entire week-end, drink all of my water and did some cardio/toning on Saturday. My biggest challenge with the water is that I have to go to the bathroom constantly – which is a problem, particularly on Saturdays when I’m out and about taking my son to his soccer game and other activities. I’ve had a few close calls trying to find the nearest bathroom. Does anyone else have this problem?

Lauren, this is one of my biggest complaints. I have noticed that it gets better as you adjust to drinking so much water. I try to adjust my drinking to times when I know I won't have much trouble finding a bathroom. I've also learned where all the bathrooms are in the many stores I frequent, and have used them all at some point.

Susan,
I can't tell you how touching to me what you are doing for your husband and FIL is. What a jewel they have in you. If anyone ever did something like that for me, I would have to feel so loved and treasured, as I am sure your husband must. Bless you.

Hi – I’m back – as I mentioned before I was on the road so wasn’t able to post my stats for Friday. I stayed the same though if that helps. I updated the stats page.
I’m not able to catch up on all the posts in detail, but I did skim through most and it looks like people are doing pretty good.
Harley - Peace Out

Tonight's Motivational Moment comes from a post by BMOS Annie. Most of you are familiar with Annie--she wrote the article "100 Reasons to Lose 100 Pounds" that was put on cd and came with many of your kits. No matter where we are on our journey, there are times we face struggles. Annie reminds us of WHY it is worth all the struggle, all the work, all the effort--remember, you are after a LIFESTYLE CHANGE here and LIFE rebels against change! You may have to fight--but YOU are WORTH IT! Annie reminds us, that although we have some wonderful support here in Providaland and especially here with this thread!--the DECISION is still a personal one.Although there are many of us on this journey to a healthy thinner place, it still remains a solitary journey. All decisions made are your own. There are many supporters here, but still it is all up to YOU.The mind is a grand thing...and staying on program is really about a mindset.. putting your eating plan as your priority...focusing on now...Take one day at a time.. when you find yourself straying...ask yourself...is this really what I want? Why am I sabotaging the future for this very moment. Here is a poem I found shortly after I had reached goal. When I read it, I cried....because I could relate to her pain and her joy.The Woman in the MirrorWalking past the mirrored glass, I take a timid peek, I see a woman staring back, I'm too choked up to speak. The puffiness, at last, is gone, The skin is pink and glowing, The many pounds that melted off, Finally, is showing. When did she get so pretty? When did God remove the grief ? How did this miracle happen? Who provided the relief ? What a gift! A second chance! I thank God every day, For His grace in showing me, There IS a better way. I walk, I dance, I make love too, My heart is filled with gladness, I'm out of bondage, out of pain, There is no room for sadness. This woman in the mirror, Smiles softly back at me, She has good cause to be so pleased, She's finally been set free. Author UnknownI challenge all of us to a perfect 100 percent on plan this week, any takers? -- Annie
BEAUTIFUL!!! While I am not the motivational person I found a poem to share. I hope that is OK. I thought it was great because it shows chipping away at our weight week by week

Bebelou:Debz I don't have 18 in my book either, I guess it was't in the recommended list. I did my book as a B then thought I fixed it to a C. Will have to look for it now.

Body Sculpting Exercise Numbers
It's a bit confusing, but the MT Plan has two different sets of letters/numbers for customization.
#1 is your "Body Blueprint" BODY TYPE... A, B, C, D or E
you determine this by questions about your history
#2 is your "Body Blueprint"...BODY SHAPE... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (I'm a 1-3-3)
you determine this by those little bluish cards that come apart (male and female almost nude cards) for upper, mid and lower body. it is based on the SHAPE of your current body and the SHAPE of how you want your body to be.
THEN after you figure out your numbers for "upper/mid/lower".... then you figure out your exercises to do for day #1 and day #2. I know I was frustrated at this whole long process. It's still confusing to me, but I have it all written down now, so I don't have to worry about it. I have customized my own plan to make it easier to do the exercises that have similiar "band position", whether the band goes on the top of the door, middle or bottom. BMOS Dolores says that is totally fine to do.
If you look at page 17-18 in the "Accelerating Body Sculpting" chapter, you will see the "Advanced Ab Toning Program" (this is where I got the Krunch Challenge). EVERYONE can do all four of these exercises, no matter your body shape or numbers.
HOPE THAT HELPS THE CONFUSION.

Hi Susan ~ That is really great finding out all that info for your FIL. I am sure he appreciates it. Mike did that for his dad and family about 4-6 mo before his dad passed. For me it cleared up some stuff "no wire hangers"

Good evening everyone! Hope you all had a good day. Got my abs done. Realized after watching my breathing, I do it like the book already. I have a couple of workout dvd's that go over that breathing, I guess it stuck. I did the ab exercises along with my other, I normally do crunches on Mon Weds and Fri. We have a girl that does them after call and we do around 500 so I have me some strong abs. I really don't expect much of a loss ininches unless I lose pounds. But I'm up for trying some sitting abs cuz we don't normally do them.
Waist 29" and hips 37.5" Lets see what Friday brings hopefully 0.5" diff! Wasn't sure if we were suppose to post our measurements or not.
I'm glad to see some intrest in everyone to try these. Lets work towards 100% participation! We can do it, it only takes a few min and everyone should be able to do them! Alright ladies lets get crunching!!!
Have a great night!!
I'm so stupid!! I found the form after look more closely at Susan's post!
