Hi Ladies!
Glad to see you guys are on track, or as on track as can be lol. I still have a few drops of creamer in my coffee, but other than that, I try to be completely OP. I had hip issues last week, so I couldn't do any cardio or sculpting. But I walked for 80 minutes today, even though it was freezing and wet. I have lost 18 lbs since the 8th of Jan, but was in a funk last week because of the hip issues. But I have a new kick and will be sculpting and cardio as much as I can.
Now I'm off to help DD write out her Valentine's cards for school. Have a great day!!!
