    I did wonderful on it a couple of years ago.  I have gained about 5-6 pounds back, because I have been sidelined with a back problem.  I am back on plan now.  I gain weight really easily, so I really have to watch myself.  This is my first week back.  I'll keep you posted.

     Doing good... my progress is often side-lined due to back issues too... and I had some unexpected health issues that really messed up my eating plan for a long while.

    But I'm back and am able to be almost POP daily.... and so far... the only boo boo I made is my chicken this week had sea salt in it... my failure to check the label properly.  I'm sure it will hinder my progress.  It usually does.

    There is a trip to get the good organic stuff in my future.  LOL

     Hi Ladies!

    Glad to see you guys are on track, or as on track as can be lol. I still have a few drops of creamer in my coffee, but other than that, I try to be completely OP. I had hip issues last week, so I couldn't do any cardio or sculpting. But I walked for 80 minutes today, even though it was freezing and wet.  I have lost 18 lbs since the 8th of Jan, but was in a funk last week because of the hip issues. But I have a new kick and will be sculpting and cardio as much as I can.

    Now I'm off to help DD write out her Valentine's cards for school. Have a great day!!!

    Hey I'm in Knoxville, and just started 2 days ago.  I need a buddy!  This plan is so effective and rewarding, but difficult for a sugar addict!  I am type B so I have eggwhite and peach smoothie with splenda and vanilla for breakfast, Ground turkey with rice and tomatoes and onions for other meals.  I have a hard time making good chicken without salt or sugar.  Isn't that sad? lol  I have 60 lbs to loose.

    Hello, all!! I live in Carthage, but work in Nashville. I've been overweight most of my life and the only time I've been able to lose weight is when I've drastically changed my diet. About 8 years ago, I stopped eating anything except fresh fruits & veggies. I lost 25 lbs, and was down to less than I weighed in high school. My husband & I just started the body makeover plan on Sunday. It's been really hard so far - I'm a picky eater and like to "snack" all day long. Having to adjust to a definite eating schedule has been difficult, and I'm hungry all the time. Can any of you tell me where I can find breakfast smoothie recipes for body type A? Janice
