    Seasoning for food...can I use vegetables that are allowed for my body type - 2/1/2010 3:43:03 PM

    Hi! I am trying to get everything organized so I can start the 6dmm and I am not sure if i am allowed to use veggies that are allowed on my list to cook with..for example, my first breakfast is 3 egg whites and 3 ozs of lean beef...can i scramble the eggs with onions and tomato, or do I have to eat it plain and only use veggies to cook when they are a part of the meal?

    I hope I can..if not I will miss my sense of taste terribly while doing this.

    Free food vegetables can be added to any meal to round it out or to just add flavor.  Other Vegetables should only be eaten at meals that call for them.

    Since you've just joined and haven't filled out your Profile I'm wondering if you are planning to use the 6 Week Body Makeover or if you are only planning to use the more restrictive 6 day mini makeover.  For folks who plan on living our lifestyle for more than a week, we recommend avoiding the more restrictive program for several weeks until the body has fully adjusted to the regular custom eating plan.  Eating too restrictively at the start can yield slower long-term results.

    Good morning, I am doing the 6 day body makeover and am stuck with the breakfast.  I am supposed to have turkey but at the grocery store all the turkey at the deli has sodium.  Are you supposed to bake a turkey?  Or are u allowed to buy the deli or precut turkey slices?
