Hi! I am trying to get everything organized so I can start the 6dmm and I am not sure if i am allowed to use veggies that are allowed on my list to cook with..for example, my first breakfast is 3 egg whites and 3 ozs of lean beef...can i scramble the eggs with onions and tomato, or do I have to eat it plain and only use veggies to cook when they are a part of the meal?
I hope I can..if not I will miss my sense of taste terribly while doing this.
