I want to be a loser!

I want to be free of this monkey on my back from now until the end of my time! And I know I am the only one who can make this happen!

I want to be in control of my choice of foods that make me truly happy and healthy!

When I am the best loser I can be for myself, I will become a Winner for my lifetime!

    1)  To stop being an "if only"

    2)  To be able to go to bed without thinking "tomorrow I will be able to do it"

    3)  To find out if everything that hurts stops hurting and it really was due to my weight.

    4)  To fit into the goal outfit before the material disolves from age

    5)  To stop watching the Biggest Loser and telling myself that I will succeed along with them only to have to make that promise the next season because I did nothing this season.

    6)  To start practising what I preach about eating healthy and being fit.

    7)  To not be the fat grandma (promised myself I wouldn't be the fat mom and failed at that)

    8)  To be able to get out of my car without having to throw open the car door and have to grease myself up first so I slide easier

    9)  To not come home vowing to lose weight because once again I went to buy clothes and came home empty handed

    10)  To stop letting myself down

    1. I want to get my good health back.  No Diabetes, No High Blood Pressure, No Asthma

    2. I want to be able to go shopping for clothes without saying Lane Bryant or Ashley Steward.  I really don't like either.

    3. I want to be able to get onto a plain without having to pay for that extra seat.

    4. I want to visit amusement parks and ride on all the rides.

    5. I want to just be able to walk up a hill without looking back to find my lungs.

    6. I want to  wear High Heels again.  How I miss them.  They make me feel so sexy.

    7. I want to feel sexy again.  I feel so fat and I not happy about it.

    8. I want to be able to dance without getting tired after 5mins.

    9. I'm sure their are more I can add to this list, but for now I must sleep.  The number 1 reason is  my good health.

    1. So I can breathe better!  2. So when I look in the mirror I don't wish it was someone else.  3. So someone would want to call me their wife someday!  4. So I can do the things I have always wanted to do like work with underprivileged kids.  5. So when I put on clothes it not like I am wrestling with an army.  6. So the dress I put on won't hold an army!!  7. I see that people can and do make this program work. I just don't know if I can do the program. I am afraid to try something again and fail!!!!  Is there an end to the maddness???

I want to be able to get pregnant, and not weigh more than my car.

I want my daughter to be proud to be told she looks like me.

I want to be the woman my husband remembers.

I want to be able to get out of bed in the morning and pee, and not be in so much pain in my feet.  NO MORE LIMPING!

    I great hope!

    dizmsliz:

My 10 Reasons I want to be a Loser:

    Letterman Style

    10.  So for the first time in my life, I can experience having to leave a fitting room to get a smaller size. Goal Achieved

    9.   So I don't have to pull something back off because it fits too tight after having just pulled it out of my own closet. Goal Achieved... now I have to take things off and add it to my give clothes away because they're way to big pile.

    8.   So I can decrease and possible get off of some of my blood pressure medicine. Doctor has changed it to a generic that is more affordable.

    7.   To be able to wear a bathing suit again and know it looks flattering instead of embarrassing. Goal Met.  Actually wear a bikini again.

    6.   To be able to wear shorts without having to constantly pull them down or out of my butt. Goal Met.  It's so nice to be comfortable in my clothes.

    5.   So I don't run out of breath as quickly and worry about if I'm gonna have a heart attach. Goal Met.  When I work in refineries, I actually put the men I work with to shame because I can climb stairs and ladders without getting winded longer then them.

    4.   So when I go to bed I can get comfortable in more than one position. Goal Met.  And the sex is better too.

    3.   So my belly and midriff don't look like out of place boobs.  Goal Met.  I have a waist again.

    2.   To be finally rid of that fold of fat that makes it uncomfortable to wear bikini underwear. Goal Met.  I didn't realize how important this was until I started to have to buy new jeans.  The styles these days ride so low that old granny panties are higher than the jeans.  Now I can even wear thongs with comfort.

AND THE #1 REASON TO LOSE WEIGHT....

To be back to the weight I was when I first met my husband that loves me just the way I am.  Even better less, because I'm so lucky to be his wife and I love him so much.  Goal Met.  For the first time in our 23 yrs, I weight less then DH.  I can wear my wedding rings again, and they slip on and off easily.  I predict a new set coming for our Silver anniversary.

I love this post so I am going to add my 10 reasons

     1. To be healthy and not have a heart attack like my sister did at 36.

    2.  To be an example to my kids that it can be done.

    3.  To be able to wear a two piece again, never really did that except when I was under the age of 10.

    4.  To be an example to the people I help as a nurse

    5.  To look and feel great!

    6.  So my boobs don't match my stomach or look like the same.

    7.  To be able to buy clothes and not feel bad about what size I am in.

    8.  To feel sexy once again

    9.  So the 12 hour shifts I work don't wear on me that hard

    10.  To be able to wear a beautiful gown to my seminar coming up or any special occasion and be the drop dead beautiful woman in the room.

My 10 Reasons (in no specific order):

    1. To be a better representation of God and my husband
    2. To not let my appearance keep me prisoner and hold me back from going out (including to church)
    3. To be able to "show-off" my new baby girl WITH my husband when I pick him up from work at the church, instead of waiting in the car
    4. Airplane seats (enough said...)
    5. To be able to go out and enjoy the beauty of where I live (Hawaii)
    6. To not have to pick the biggest sized scrubs (3x) off the linen cart at work
    7. To be able to have another baby (I've decided to not get pregnant again until I become more healthy)
    8. To look even better than what I looked like when I first met my husband and to not have it said of me that after I got married (and especially after having a baby) that I just "let myself go..."
    9.  To be able to live a long, happy, healthy, fulfilled life with my husband and child(ren)
    10. To be able to wear my wedding rings again...

     1. To be treated like a human being and not a monster.  2.  To actually have guys hold doors for me on my way out of a store.  3.  To finally be told, you're beautiful.  Not just, you have a pretty face (BIG insult)!  4. To run......I feel the need in my blood!  5.  To buy clothes without trying them on for hours and leaving the store crying cuz nothing fits right.  Cause of panic attacks.  6. To live for my hubby and daughter.  7.  To go to amusement parks and not have to look at the rides first to see if I am going to fit.  8. ENERGY!  9.  For my family to see that I can finally do this.  10.  Because I can!!!!

I want to be a loser....

    1.       Because I want to be healthy, I couldn’t walk down the stairs of the train station without thinking my knees are going to break, cause I was in pain (It’s getting better now)

    2.       Because I want to have a baby, since I have fertility problems and my Doctor said she will not start the treatment until I lose a certain amount of weight.

    3.       Because I want to be naked in front of my husband and not feel like I need to run away or cover up.

    4.       To please my dad, since he is afraid I will end up like my aunt who is extremely over weight and has a ton of illnesses.

    5.       To go to a store and fit on clothe that I actually like and not the ones that I have to wear because nothing fits.

    6.       To be able to wear nice clothe and heels for work like my co-workers, which by the way look great (I hate my flat shoes).

    7.       To be able to paint my toe nails without having to catch my breath after I try to paint each toe, and this is sitting down, I don’t even try to bend over while standing.

    8.       To wear a bathing suit without having to wear anything over it, and feel great.

    9.       To not look at a skinny girl wearing a mini skirt and wish that was me.

    10.   To feel sexy, good, healthy, pretty, and happy in my own skin.

I want to be a loser:

Because I am tired of being fat!

To wear the clothes I want to wear and not clothes I have to wear to cover the fat parts!

To be able to tuck my shirt in without having a big belly sticking out!

    I need more energy!

To teach my daughters to eat right at an early age!

To be able to wear a sleeveless shirt in public without big jiggly arms!

To prove to myself that I can do it!

    FOR ME!

I want to lose to give myself the 10 gifts of

    * good health - lower cholesterol, prevent hypertension, prevent diabetes

    * better appearance - flatten my stomach, change my shape to accentuate the positives, look better in my clothes!

    * becoming appealing to the opposite sex!

    * wearing a size 10, or atleast walking into a store and easily finding dresses in my size

    * getting dressed more easily in the morning - all of my cltohes fit

    * moving easily and freely

    * going on a cruise

*looking great in an exercise outfit and "turning heads"

    * making my classmates at our next reunion look in awe

    * getting the "ring"!

I am trying this again i lost 15 punds and then stopped when I was pregnant but I need to lose for different reasons now.

    1. I want to look as good as I feel

    2. I want people to actually look at me for who I am and not as the fat friend who makes them look better

    3. So people don't ask my husband why he married such a big woman

4So my back injury doesnt get any worse.

    5.I hate fat girl clothes

    6. I like to dress sexy for my husband but fat is not sexy at least not for me

7.It is easy to be active when you are not heavy and I LOVE the outdoors.

    8. So I don't get kicked out of the military

    9. Bcause I can not get a good job in my field when I am overweight (health/wellness)

    10. It sucks to know that people don't take you seriously when you are overweight  even if you are smarter than them.

    1. To serve the Lord to the best of my ability, I need my body to function in the way that God designed it to function.

    2. To Regain my self-confidence, and feel comfortable in my own skin.

    3.  To get my figure back, and to go from being the BIG hourglass, to just an   hourgalss

    4. To be able to wear the clothes in my closet, and buy clothes that those skinny heifa's wear, but look better in them than they do, cause I have all the curves in the right places.

    5. To be able to get into the ring and spar for 3 rounds without losing my breath.

    6. To get rid of these back rolls and love handles.

    7. To stop being a yo-yo and maintain the weight loss.

    8. To be able to do the Floyd Mayweather sit-ups, and get my stomach flat.

    9. To cause accidents again, because of how good I look and feel. (Not bad ones, just fender benders)

    10. To have all my haters, hate even harder. lol
