I have always been considered overweight, even in HS when I was actually quite fit. Soon after HS I began to add weight. I was no longer playing sports and the pounds beging to show. By the time I got married I was up to 265. I went to school to be a Graphic Artist and when I finally got a job in the field I spent my days behind a desk. I was suddenly at a high weight of 310. Seeing myself that size motivated me to loose weight. I went on a low fat diet and began to exercise. This got me down to around 250. I soon began to reward myself on a regular basis and the weight started come back on with some of its friends. I was on the Adkins diet for some time and lost around 35 lbs., but that was not for me. I started craving carbs and soon was off of that diet and back on the road to obesity. I got to the point where I could only weigh at work on the freight scales. I would monitor my weight, but would do nothing to change it. One Saturday morning, I saw the infomercial for about the 6th time. Everytime I saw it, it made sense to me. I talked with my wife and she encouraged me to order it. She has been on me to loose weight for quite some time. She kept telling me she didn't want to be a young widow and that she wanted me around for awhile (I don't know why!! hehehe) so I ordered the program. I weighed in on my start date at 336lbs (an all time high). The first night, I didn't think it was going to work. I cooked all afternoon and sorted my food and then thought there is no way this will be enough for me to eat. To my surprise, the food was plenty. I never got hungry and was actually full! After 2 days I had lost 8 lbs., 14 lbs. the first week. I was totally motivated.
