I have been overweigt ever since I had my three kids. Which started 11 years ago. I have been on about every diet out there and nothing worked. Only because I am addicted to sugar and can't stick with a program. But my husband saw this infomercial and said it looked really good so I checked it out and bought it. When I got it I started on a monday and by sunday I had lost 7 lbs and 10.2 inches but on the next monday I wanted sweets so bad so I stopped the diet and went back to my regular eating. Wrong thing to do. But I am back and this time I am going to stick with it because I don't want to die young. And I want to keep up with my kids.
