I have always been larger than those in my family. I was "normal" and they were so thin my mom had to take in their slim fit jeans. I felt fat. When I was in Jr. High school I was in gym class and landed wrong coming off the pummel horse. I was on crutches for 6 mos with a knee injury. Thus started my weight gain out of the "normal" range into the obese. I have been obese most of my adult life. I find this plan very easy to follow. Once you learn the basics you just take off...the weight that is. LOL Start now. You ARE worth it.
