hUPDATE 12JAN05: I've been on a POP streak for 13 weeks now and as of today I've lost 60 lbs. in that time. I've been consistent with my cardio and sculpting and I love the changes that are occuring in my body. I'm four pounds away from my 100 lbs. avatar and I'm excited. I just joined my fourth semester of NBU and I'm looking forward to graduating this year. That will be fun. I'm excited to see what the next 13 weeks brings me.
