I've always been a big boy and one of the heaviest of all of my friends growing up. In college I worked at a Radio station and my on air nick name was Fatty "C". At one point in my life I was 300 lbs. At that time I became boarder line everything (diabetic, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc) and my doctor gave me the option of loosing weight or taking pills. I chose the weight loss and through exercise (swimming) I lost 65 lbs. I then took a different job, moved, fathered 2 kids and I'm back up between 285-295 depending on the week. I don't have access to the swimming pool anymore so the exercise becomes difficult for me to do regularly. I've tried power 90 work outs and have dropped 30-40 lbs but I always quit and 6 months later I'm heavy again. I'm hoping that learning to eat right and a more moderate exercise plan will work. I'm headed to Mexico at the end of may and I'd like to be 50 lbs lighter by then. Here's trying!
