Always a little chunky as a kid, lost about 50 lbs to 125 in late 80's and have put it all back on, plus more since then. I've been working out regularly for 14 years so i have muscles now. I've worked my way down from 201 over the last 5 years. But now, I need to get a private health insurance plan so my motivation is to get into the normal BMI range so i'll be accepted.
Also, i'd like to be less than 150 by the time i turn 50 (January 2009) :-)
