My story goes like this..I am a lifetime member of WW losing, what I thought was a whole lot of weight back in my early 20's, 20 lbs. Then my mom and I went to some weight loss place where there was a Conway diet and this was after I had my first daughter..well I lost all my weight and then some getting down to 102 lb!!!! But as more kids were added to the family and working at a mind boggling job.. gained some back. Then I found LA Weightloss and I did a super job with this one. I got down to 125 lbs and did keep this off for years. I put a little back on over a few years, then decided to turn to SWBM. Loved the simplicity of it and I did get myself back down to where I wanted to be. Then over the last two years, my husband, my dad, my DIL's dad and my best freind all went through horrible illnesses. With the exception of my DIL's dad, all are well or on their way. I put myself on the backburner during all this so I could keep all the families spirits up. But with that, so went my weight along with a little bout of anxiety/drepression. But I have had great doctors and they got us up and going again. I am sure I was on the path of destruction when on Saturday morning 8-16-08, I turned on the TV and there was the infomercial. I made my mind up right then and there to make 8-18-08 my new start date. I am thinking I have all my ducks in a row now, Dad, DH and BF doing well, son just graduated HS and will be entering one of the finest colleges majoring in music and its right down the road from us. Financing this turned out well. We had our fourth grandchild a few weeks ago and our son just bought a house this weekend. I love good news. Afer living on the brink for the last few years, it's nice to sread good news..especially...."I'M BACK" Thats my story and I'm sticking to it. I have visited these boards for years now, but never did sign up. I want to be one of the success stories and I am even going to go so far as to take my picture now and hopefully post it after I post my avi at 'LOST 50'. Note my ticker..it's all about the holidays...thats why my interests are "my family" 5 kids, 4 grandkids and a healthy hubby. Wish me luck. Mary
