My weight problem...where do I begin. As long as I can remember I was always the "chubby" kid. I wasn't really an over eater, I just made poor food selections, so it came on slowly. Then it just kept creeping up as I got older. As an adult I didn't always cook for myself, I would grab a bag of chips and dip, it was always easier. I've been on a lot of diets over the years, and yes, I would lose, but I never kept it off for more than a year at a time. I never changed my eating habits. This time it's different. I'm buying and cooking fresh veggies, fruits, and making my own BBQ sauce. I've learned how to make food selections and prepare my food so that it's healthy for my body. I now realize for the first time in my life, that I can do this and be healthy for life and for myself. Thank you 6WBMO!
