After the 4th baby, my weight got higher than it had ever been. No exercise and poor eating habits (chocolate is NOT a staple) took their toll. My husband was at the top of his weight range as well, so we decided something had to change. We had moved into a motorhome and had been traveling for almost 2 years. We were having difficulty finding a routine of healthy eating and exercise while moving from place to place. We needed serious motivation. After 2 months on the program, my husband had lost 30 pounds and I had lost almost 20. He is now living lean, while I am determined to lose those last 10 pounds. This program made a lot of sense in its eating program and exercise. It has really helped us focus on being healthy for a lifetime.
