Throughout my childhood I was always thin and active. I studied martial arts, participated in track and field and cross country running. Then halfway through my first year of college I was surprised with the news, "You're pregnant". Since my son was born my activity level and my metabolism plummeted and the girl who had no problem with her weight (112 lbs. for four years!) couldn't lose more than the first 20 pounds of baby weight. I finally got rid of it right before my husband and I got married, then we got pregnant right away, and I have been fighting the fat since. I got down to my prepregnancy weight just in time to get pregnant a third time, but now that we are all done having babies, I am ready to get that body back! The plan is great! I love the foods I eat and even if I cheat I know I am eating so much better than the way that I used to! I am hoping to make this a permanent lifestyle change for myself, and hopefully my husband will see my progress and choose to do this for himself!
