I am 21 and stepped on the scale on 29Aug03 and weighed in at 325lbs.After trying this program for a month back in february 03 before I gave up, I had let my weight rise to astronomical proportions. I started drinking lots of water and on the 5th of september I pulled out the plan again (which was literally dusty) and started on sunday 7th of september. The scale gave me 2 different readings because it is only accurate up to 300lbs. I chose to believe the lesser amount of 316. *gulp* I have a wonderful husband and awesome baby girl. I want them to be proud of how I look but most of all I want to be healthy, to watch her grow up and maybe have more kids one day. I want my family to have a healthy eating lifestyle. While I have always been 'built' and later 'severely obese' I realise I never knew the importance of eating correctly. And I was never taught how to eat properly. This program has taught me how. I have been on the program for 17 weeks (as of 4 Jan 04) and have lost 97lbs. I dont cheat. I dont tweak. I just do it. It really works if you commit to it.
