Like so many others, I have been on diets on and off most of my adult life. I started on the 6WBM back in December and lost 22 lbs. before I went off it and never really got back on track. I know the plan works and I need to get motivated and back on the plan. Reading all of the wonderful success stories like Annie's and Debbie's are giving me the resolve to get started again.
