In 2001, I lost 56 lbs on 6WBM. Then I got stuck and started gaining it back. Over the years, I tried to follow the 6WBM but I thought I could add items that were not on the plan (No sugar chocolate candy, South Beach pizza, peanuts). Then I started yoyo dieting and gained and lost and gained again. In July 2008, I weighed 273. I dieted again using 6WBMO loosely and slowly yoyoed my way to 260. Finally, in November 2008 I started 6WBM strictly on the plan! In December I found this website and received the reinforcement I needed. I lost 19.5 lbs more in the first 6 weeks, 16 lbs in my 2nd 6 weeks=35 lbs! And in my third session - 9 weeks 16.5 lbs! Total 52 lbs. I repeated sessions one after the other. You can do that because this is a healthy eating plan! It's exercising and sculpting a new body! It's a new way of life. Heck, it's a new life!!! After 18 months, I've lost 110 lbs! I feel wonderful.
Adventure is rarely determined by the destination you choose, but by the method of travel and the route you take to get there.
