SI am 50 lbs. overweight. My doctor filled out a medical form I needed for school and she wrote "obese" in the section for medical problems. That really got to me, so here I am. My goal is to lower my BMI and weigh in on the healthy side of the chart. I have been viewing everyones profile and am encouraged by what I have seen and read, I feel that this is the right program for me. I have tried Atkins, and I was able to take off 15 lbs., but I missed the carbs and gained back everything I lost and added an additional 10 lbs! My desire to be comfortable in this body of mine is a strong one. I am sure that with the support of the community of 6WBM, I will achieve my goals. First week of 6wbm: Lost 5 lbs. 7.5 inches! Second week: Lost 2 lbs. 5 inches! Third week: Lost 3 lbs. 3.5 inches! My Goal is to lose 5 lbs. a week for a total of 30 lbs.
