I was voted to have the "best body" in my senior year in high school. What that meant is that I had curves, and lots of them, but I was athletic and active so I stayed fairly lean until my son was born. I took a sedentary job and didn't have time to exercise like I used to, but continued to eat like I was burning 5000 calories a day! My doctor at one point prescribed "diet pills" - amphetimines. I did lose weight, but paid a high price. I ended up addicted. That scared me and I got off them fast, but without the chemical stimulus my metabolism crashed. Since then, I've been successful on just about every weight loss plan imaginable. I lose weight, gain it all back because those plans never teach you how to eat for life. This is the first plan I've ever been on that makes me feel good. This is the one!
