I am 27 years old and since I've been 14 years old I've been on some sort of a diet. Of course, I do the diet, I get so excited, I lose so much weight and there I go right back to my old eating habits and put it right back on and then some. I finally had enough when I tipped the scale at 240 lbs. The most recent diet I have been on is the Quick Weight Loss Center Diet where I lost 44 lbs in 12 weeks and boy was I happy. My then boyfriend proposed to me and I guess I got too happy and started celebrating. What better way to celebrate then go to every restaurant in our area and gorge on bread and pasta and meat and deserts and on and on and on. Plus, add to that the stress of a full time job and wedding planning, I was tipping the scale at 200 lbs on my wedding day. Thank God for wedding dresses and all the garments that go underneath because I still looked decent at that weight since I am a pretty strong individual (lot's of muscle). I just love food, I love to eat, and that has been my mind set ever since I can remember. I was not a fat kid by any means but I was never skinny either; I was what you would call a "healthy kid". :) Well needless to say my pounds came right back along with 20 of their friends and boy was I miserable. I was so miserable that I kept eating even more. So, a friend of mine told me about the 6wbmo and I have been on the plan for about a week now. I've lost 7 lbs so far and am going strong. I am hoping that with the support I can get from you all I will be able to succeed this time and stay on track for the rest of my life because I am really tired of going back and forth. I JUST DON'T WANT TO BE FAT ANY MORE!!!
