I was always considered "chubby" as a kid, but in my early 20's, I thinned out. When I went into the hospital to have my second child I weighted in at 222lbs!! When I delivered my son, he weighed in at 7 lbs. Imagine my surprise when I left the hospital I still weighed 219lbs. I was so depressed! I exercised and dieted and got down to 155lbs. That was 7 years ago. I kept the weight off for about a year and slowly but surely the weight crept back on, even though I exercised and "dieted." I now weigh 200lbs, even though I have been exercising (The Firm and several others) and the scale will not budge!!! I saw the infomercial and decided to give this a try since exercising 1-2 hrs a day 5-6 times a week has been futile, except to say that i'm in great cardio shape, have tons of muscle (in all the wrong places!)
