I have been overweight my entire life. Only once in my life have I been somewhat normal and that was my senior year of high school. I worked out 2 hours a day 7 days a week and ate only minimally as needed. At that point I got down to 185lbs wesring a size 10/12 but then I graduated, got married and life happened. I could not workout like that any longer and had to go to work so I started to put the weight back on. I have tried several diets but all the same results. I lose a little weight then I fall off the wagon and gain the weight back and then some. This time it is going to work because I am not going to deprive myself any meals or food groups. I just have to keep the right mind frame. I can do it and I am going to do it for myself first and then my family.
