Started in June 2003 at 270 pounds. Reached goal (150) July 2004. Since then I have been trying to maintain and am yo-yoing. When I saw 197 on the scale, it was way too close to 200. My worst fear is gaining it all back. I am recommitted to start over. I am rereading my binder, listening to the tapes -- trying to do everything like I did when I began originally. I know that the key is motivation and getting my heart and mind into the game. New Goal: Wear my size 10 "skinny" clothes by Easter Dec 10, 2007 (starting at 189)
