I tried the Special K diet-- and loved it, until I started cutting more and more food from my diet. Eventually I was down to 600 calories a day, and I'd gain weight the instant I went over that.
I also traveled with my job, which required me to go to drinks/ dinner with suppliers, collegues and customers. Not easy on the waistline. So I tended to diet while at home and give up when on the road. The road was winning, and I was running out of clothes that fit. Thank goodness for this program!
I lost 18 pounds my 1st 6 weeks, and 2 dress sizes. Down 35 lbs at one point, and I was maintaining, but then the travel started catching up with me again. I have 6 weeks before my next road trip -- so 6 weeks to be POP and see what results I can get this time around.
