.Back in '02 I did the program for 5 months and lost 47lbs. I changed my size but not my attitude about what I can or should eat. Shocking after 4ish years I have put most of it back on. Now I'm back trying to retrain myself from a lifetime of bad habits. I am finding it challenging and rewarding, with improved results with a commitment to the cardio and sculpting. I'm not here to break any speed records, instead I just want to stop the bad habits and replace them with ones I can be proud of
