Aug 2006 I started the 6wkbmo and lost 40 lbs by November. I started a new job in November working as a driver for FedEx. All though I was working very hard physically I didn't have time to eat - all I ate durning my 12 -14 hour day was a grande mocha and 2 pastries and then a quick and fast dinner. I slowly put on 10 lbs by doing that. I finally quite that job in June of 2007 and put on another 10 lbs becuase my eating had returned to my bad habits but now I didn't have all the exercise. I'm still down 20 lbs but I'd like to get back on the plan before I gain more. It really worked for me the first time and I felt great while I was doing it so I don't know why it's been hard to start again. I'm coming back to the forums to see if that will help me (it helped the first time around).
