I have struggled with my weight since I got married and especially since having my three children and working 3 days per week. I am not extremely overweight but would really like to look and feel better about myself, be less self-conscious and have more energy. This diet is already helping me to reach that goal (4 wks= 7.5 lbs, 15.75" total.. 5 wks=10 lbs...6 wks=12 lbs, 20.5" total lost; 12 wks: 17 lbs lost, 29" gone). I fell off the plan for a while due to summer and very active schedule with the kids, but I am restarting the program on 8/2/04...will let you know when I finally get to goal...good news is I didn't gain too much over the time off plan (only about 5 lbs). The goal is to get to a size 10/150 lbs!
