I decided to try the 6wbmo because I cant seem to loose any weight even with diet and excercise. I am 50lbs overweight and have been for many years. I work out (strength train/aerobics) for anywhere from 30mins to 1 1/2 hours everyday and really watch what I eat and still nothing comes off. My blood work is all healthy (low blood pressure, low cholesterol etc) but the weight seems to be stuck. So I thought a metobolic approach might be the trick. Im very inspired by the stories I've seen here and on the infomercial so I am ready to give it a try. :)
