ASK AND YOU SHALL RECIEVE!

I've been overweight most of my adult life although I weighed only 115 when my husband and I were dateing; whenever we got married and I started taking BC pills I gained 50 lbs in 3 months time and I developed HBP in my early 20's while pregnant and suffering toxemia, developed diabetes in my 40's and my CDE was talking about starting insulin injections. I ask the Lord for the knowledge that I needed to change these things, because I was doing everything I knew to do. "ASK AND YE SHALL RECEIVE!": my sis watched the infomercial and talked to me about trying the program together. Here I am ten days after starting the 6wbmo, (10.8 lbs) lighter, my BP has dropped to (120/80) and even (110/76) one day.
