Breast Cancer Survivor

I was always thin until after the birth of my 3rd child. The weight has crept on over the last 17 years until I realized the other day that I am now 118 pounds heavier than when I married--I have doubled my weight! I have battled breast cancer in the last 2 years and want to lose weight and be more healthy overall. I do have trouble with both of my knees, but can't afford to do anything about it at this point, so regular exercising can be difficult. I feel like this program is my last hope. I was bulimic in my younger years and am terrifiied of slipping into that again, so I want to lose the weight the right way this time.
