Here I go again! Serious this time!

sI'm tired of watching the scale increase and increase and increase. I've been on the Atkins (cheating of course) for about 4 years, and gained 20 lbs on it!! It's time to try someting else!! So far, so good!! I lost 6 lbs after only 4 days!! I do the treadmill and the bands. My biggest problem so far is trying to stay off of the scales!! I stayed pop for 3 1/2 weeks, lost 15 lbs., then my husband and I went to Vegas!! 6 lb gain! My 8 week results are minus 22.8 lbs and minus 31.5 inches. I am very happy with the six week body makeover!! I'm over half way to my goal! 10 weeks done, and I have lost 27.6 lbs. I haven't measured inches in a while, but I know I am down 2 inches in my waist. I actually have a new pair of size 6 pants now. August 1, 2004!!! Aug. 15, 2004. 12 weeks over!!! I am down 31.6 pounds, and 43 inches!!! I only have 12.2 pounds until I reach my goal!! By October, I had reached 126 pounds, one pound away from my goal. I began living lean, and I did not follow the rules. I ate whatever I wanted through the holidays and gained back 20 pounds. I kept trying to get back on track, and would for a while. I'd loose about 10 pounds, then gain it back the next week! Then a cruise in January, and Disney in March. April 1,2005, I re-commited to stay totally POP! I need to loose over 20 pounds now to get to my goal where I was in October. I know I can do this! I'm back to the program. The cardio, the bands, and the eating. I want to feel healthy again! And, I want to fit into those smaller clothes again! After I started back on April 1, I have lost 6 pounds in the past 3 days! Now, after 7 POP weeks, I am down about 21 pounds! I only have 5 pounds left to loose to reach my goal update: July 2008 3 years later or so! My weight actually went up to 196 this March. I can't believe it. I am ready to stay POP now, and I am almost down 20 pounds to 177 pounds. I have a long way to go, but I'm goin'! update: July 2009, I started again...my weight was back up to 196.6. 3 POP weeks, and I am down 16 pounds. It's been 2 years since my father's death....I finally feel ready to really get this weight off, and to live healthy!
